Grains are the most important part of our diet yet we do not consume them in the right quantity. Below is a list of 5 healthy grains that you should be eating for a healthy body.

1) Oats :

Oats are high in soluble fibre. They help to lower cholesterol levels in the body, improve digestion, help in managing weight and reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
